cardio...

So I have been doing some working out stuff for about 2 weeks now

and it has been giving me some cool results. Not like "HOLY CRAP" results, but enough to be noticed by me.

But there is also the question of body fat percentage. I keep hearing that muscles become even more defined when you have less body fat percentage. I did my calculation and figured out that I have about 14% percent body fat. Not too bad, but I could have less. And doing cardio is the way to lower it.

Cardio is probably one of my least favorite exercises because i am not a big fan of running or anything. But I figured that I should at least give a steady jog at least twice week on the treadmill to see what happens.

Who knows...
