dental fail

Well they say there is a first time for everything...

Today, I got two cavity fillings in two upper teeth. Wasn't too bad or anything...but just the thought of something being drilled into your tooth is not the best feeling in the world.

But other than that, I am really excited for Christmas. It always seems that I have medical things to take care of around this time. This year is cavities. 6 years ago, it was a compound fractured toe.

Oh the memories...

boy meets world

I now have season 4 on DVD...after waiting for about 4 years because it was previously canceled.

Enough said. I am a happy person right now

enter the grid!

TRON LEGACY!!! Still have not seen it yet...in this holiday time, money is a little tight so I have to be mindful of what I spend money on.

But other than that, I am very excited about the fact that Tron has come back to the world of movies. Tron Legacy is a sequel to the original from 1982, but in many ways, it is somewhat of a reboot as well...it updates it to our generation. Everything is fresh, new, and looking darn cool.

And I think what excites me most about the movie...the original soundtrack by Daft Punk. That is enough for me.

exit through the gift shop

I am a big fan of street art. People have considered it graffiti...but to me, graffiti has no point. Street art is on a completely different level.

Just to name a few, there are artists such as Shepard Fairey, Mr. Brainwash, and a man named Banksy.

Banksy is by far the most elusive, secretive, and most famous street artist in the whole world. The best part...no one knows exactly who he is. Most of his work can be seen in England, specifically London and Bristol. But he also has art that is seen in Los Angeles, New York, and even the wall the separates Israel and Palestine.

I recently saw a film that talks all about the artist.

home made christmas gifts

I have always been a person for home made gifts...does that mean I'm poor? Not necessarily. I feel most of the time that a home-made gift has much more thought and meaning behind it

Every year, I've done something just like that. This year, I am making a special home-made gift for my Dad that I think he will really enjoy.

Here is a great home made gift that I found...

that christmas spirit...

December is always my favorite month. Christmas is just a special time for me every year and always puts me in a good mood.

And I just sit here enjoying all my favorite holiday movies...one being "The Santa Clause" with Tim Allen.

I love the holidays :)
